Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and APUs; brake replacements and suspension repairs; diagnose electrical systems and ABS brake systems; tire services including mounting/dismounting/balancing; trailer structural repairs and washouts; troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls; maintain a clean, organized shop and service company vehicles; safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools; additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Obtain a toolbox and the required tools
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
