Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and heaters while performing road service and joining the on-call rotation. Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely, meeting standard repair times and keeping the shop clean and efficient. Complete Thermo King Certi-Tech, EPA 608, and 609 certifications within one year. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with paid on-the-job and factory training available for entry-level or experienced technicians. Part of Wisconsin's award-winning Thermo King dealership serving fleets of all sizes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to complete Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)
- Ability to complete EPA 608 & 609 Certifications (within 1 year)
