Determine causes of malfunctions using manufacturer-approved troubleshooting guides, service manuals, or test drives. Perform requested labor operations, document work performed, and obtain approval for additional tasks before proceeding. Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories while maintaining housekeeping, organizing work areas, and keeping customer vehicles clean. Maintain tools and equipment, order parts per dealership procedures, and tag warranty parts or return dirty cores timely. Complete repairs within manufacturer standard time guidelines. Requires valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and own hand tools; background check, physical, and drug screen required. Salary $40,000-$100,000; 14-location dealer in Lebanon, PA.
