Job Summary
Determine causes of malfunctions using approved troubleshooting guides, service manuals, or test drives. Perform requested labor operations following manufacturer procedures while promoting sales of labor, parts, and accessories. Document all work performed, note additional needs for approval, and clean parts and customer vehicles. Maintain housekeeping, organize work areas, and keep tools and equipment in order. Order parts per dealership procedures, tag warranty parts, and return dirty cores promptly. Complete repairs within manufacturer-standard time guidelines. Requires valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and own hand tools; background check, physical, and drug screen required. Salary ranges from $40,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Must provide own hand tools
- Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screen
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Commercial Driving License
- Heavy Duty truck experience
- Technical training school or equivalent experience
