Job Summary

Perform engine and chassis repairs on Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Freightliner and other vocational vehicles; diagnose, troubleshoot, and document repair work; follow checklists and coordinate with warranty administrators to ensure profit recapture. Maintain organized workspaces, adhere to safety procedures, and test drive vehicles to verify fixes. Communicate with customers and colleagues, participate in technical training, and ensure vehicles are returned clean. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a focus on customer service are essential. ASE and CDL certifications are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years Fleet or Dealership experience
  • Possess own tools
