Job Summary
Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections on compact construction machinery, with emphasis on the Bobcat line. Diagnose and repair all major systems, including performing system rebuilds, overhauls, and welding. Work effectively with all company levels—Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental—to support customer relations and service representation. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor. The role requires 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment service operations, strong mechanical skills in diagnostics and hydraulics, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors under loud conditions. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with great benefits including 401K matching and tool reimbursement.
