Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the fleet, including replacing or rotating tires, lubricating components, and performing basic electrical and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel vehicles. Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs through basic vehicle diagnostics while ensuring all vehicles remain safe for customers. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills via hands-on coaching and complete assigned projects. This entry-level role offers industry-certified training, major shop tools, and a stable career path with opportunities for growth within a clean, well-equipped facility.
