Job Summary
Maintain and repair the company fleet by performing preventative maintenance, replacing tires, lubricating components, and addressing basic electrical and cooling system repairs on gas and diesel vehicles. Use Penske's tools and diagnostic technology to log repairs and ensure all vehicles remain safe for customers. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program while completing assigned projects. This entry-level role offers a competitive starting salary, shift premiums, and industry-standard training for those with mechanical inclination or prior vehicle repair experience.
