Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the fleet, including replacing or rotating tires, lubricating components, and performing basic electrical and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel vehicles. Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs while ensuring all vehicles remain safe for customers. Partner with supervisors and master technicians to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program. Work on assigned projects and tasks while maintaining safety and reliability standards.
