Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as tire rotation and lubrication, learning Penske’s maintenance processes through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program, and collaborating with supervisors to gain new skills while ensuring vehicles are safe and ready for customers. The role emphasizes growth opportunities, strong training, and working on multiple OEM vehicles across shifts.
