Diesel Technician/Mechanic III - Entry Level

Technician performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on diesel and gas engine vehicles, conducts basic diagnostics using Penske tools, and completes maintenance tasks such as tire rotation, lubrication, and cooling-system servicing. Works with a manager to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching, supporting growth opportunities and benefiting from industry-certified training. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and working on a variety of OEM equipment with ongoing instruction and development.
