Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the company fleet, including replacing tires, lubricating components, and addressing electrical or cooling system issues on gas and diesel vehicles. Log repairs using Penske's diagnostic tools and technologies while ensuring all vehicles remain safe for customer use. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program. Work on assigned projects alongside experienced master technicians in a clean facility equipped with major shop tools.
