Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on Penske's fleet, including rotating tires, lubrication, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel vehicles. Use company tools and technologies to log repairs, perform basic diagnostics, and ensure all vehicles remain safe for customers. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program while completing assigned projects.
