Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the fleet, including replacing tires, lubricating components, and addressing electrical and cooling system issues on gas and diesel vehicles. Log repairs, research diagnostics, and ensure all vehicles are maintained and safe for customers using Penske's tools and technologies. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program while completing assigned projects. This role offers a competitive starting salary, shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends, and excellent benefits including time off.
