Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on Penske's fleet, including replacing tires, performing lubrication, and addressing electrical or cooling system issues on gas and diesel vehicles. Use company tools and diagnostic technology to log repairs and ensure all vehicles remain safe for customer use. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and the Technician Certification Program while working on assigned projects. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with shift premiums and includes industry-standard training on various OEM equipment.
