Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the fleet, including replacing or rotating tires, lubricating components, and addressing electrical or cooling system issues on gas and diesel vehicles. Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs while ensuring all vehicles remain safe for customers. Partner with supervisors to learn new skills through hands-on coaching and technician training programs. Work on assigned projects and tasks while following safety and reliability protocols.
