Diesel Technician/Mechanic II

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision, ensuring vehicles remain safe for customers. Diagnose problems through road tests and repair components including engines, transmissions, differentials, and fuel systems using Penske's tools and diagnostic technologies. Log repairs, maintain a clean work area, and learn new skills through the company's Technician Certification Program while mentoring new technicians. Work independently on assigned projects and major/minor repairs with a focus on safety and reliability.
