Job Summary
Diesel Technician/Mechanic II at Penske responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, diagnosing issues through road tests, and completing maintenance with minimal supervision. You will repair engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems, keep work areas clean and safe, use Penske tools to log and complete repairs, and participate in Penske’s technician training. The role includes mentorship of newer technicians, opportunities for skill development across multiple OEM equipment, and a focus on safety, reliability, and high-quality service. Shift: First Shift, M-F 8AM-5PM with rotating Saturdays; benefits and career growth opportunities provided.
