Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, diagnose and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems; conduct road tests to diagnose problems; log repairs using Penske tools and technologies; complete maintenance tasks with little supervision; mentor new technicians; participate in Penske’s technician training and certification programs; maintain a safe, clean work area and contribute to continuous learning and skills development with the manager and experienced techs.
