Diesel Technician IV Leadman (2nd Shift)

Diesel Technician IV Leadman on 2nd shift responsible for engine and chassis repairs on Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Freightliner, and other vocational trucks. Performs diagnosis, troubleshooting, and documents work procedures with detailed notes. Reads job orders, follows checklists, tests returned vehicles, and coordinates with warranty administrators for parts recapture. Maintains safe, organized workspace, adheres to safety and procedural standards, and ensures vehicles are clean post-service. Participates in technical training, supports production objectives, and delivers strong customer service while developing relationships with customers and coworkers. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of fleet or dealership experience, and own tools; ASE and CDL certifications preferred.
