Job Summary
Perform engine and chassis repairs on primarily Kenworth trucks and other makes (Peterbilt, International, Freightliner) including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and documenting repair work. Follow checklists to inspect critical parts, coordinate with warranty administrators for maximum profit recapture, and ensure repairs meet safety procedures. Drive customer satisfaction through clear communication, professional interactions, and ensuring vehicles are returned clean. Participate in technical training and maintain organized work areas; contribute to achieving production objectives and maintain safety standards. Preferred ASE and CDL certifications; must have own tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This role requires strong written and verbal communication and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years Fleet or Dealership experience
- Possess own tools
