Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on a variety of vehicles, including diagnostic and repair work on all types of buses. Complete required paperwork for repair orders and parts usage, make road calls, and own and maintain proper hand tools. Follow orders of the shop foreman or other supervisors. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00-38.38, includes ASE certification bonuses, and provides opportunities for advancement within the company's 1,000-bus fleet serving Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair
- Mechanical aptitude
- Driver's license
- Possess the physical strength to safely perform all required tasks
