Diesel Technician- Class B

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle components per OEM guidelines while performing work outlined on repair orders with accuracy. Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts, save and tag warranty parts, and document all work performed on the repair order. Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned and report machinery defects to the supervisor. Maintain dealership-owned tools and manuals, operate equipment safely, and attend all company training. Maintain 85% efficiency or higher. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment involving grease, chemicals, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
