Diesel Technician- Class B

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle components per OEM guidelines while maintaining 85% efficiency or higher. Perform work outlined on repair orders with accuracy, communicate with the parts department for needed items, and document all recommended service. Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned and report machinery defects to the supervisor. Maintain dealership tools, attend company training, and communicate with service advisors regarding scope or timing changes. This role distinguishes itself from Class C positions through advanced technical expertise and independence required for minimal supervision.
