Job Summary
Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications. Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed components. Document all work on repair orders, road test vehicles when required, and report machinery defects or safety issues immediately to management. Supervise apprentice technicians and participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs while keeping abreast of technical bulletins. Maintain shop cleanliness, ensure tools are accounted for, and comply with federal and state regulations regarding hazardous waste and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
