Job Summary
Work alongside a senior Diesel Technician to learn maintenance, repairs, and preventative procedures for vehicles and equipment. Perform tasks including adjusting brakes and hydraulics, changing tires, rebuilding hydraulic components, and executing lockout/tagout procedures. Complete work orders based on driver pre and post trip inspections while adhering to company safety policies. Participate in training opportunities to expand knowledge of company products and services. This 2nd shift role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus and includes a clear career path to Technician B, A, or Master Technician levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A, B, or C Driver's license
- Basic knowledge or experience in automotive, diesel or heavy equipment diagnostics and repair
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
