Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on medium and heavy-duty vehicles, executing diagnostic and repair work across all vehicle types. Follow established technical and administrative processes to complete repair orders and parts usage forms while communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers. Remain current on technical and regulation requirements and perform road service calls as needed. Requires a high school diploma, five years of automotive or truck repair experience, proper hand tools, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $54.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, technical school or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair
- Own & maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions
- Proficient with computer operation/usage
- Valid driver's license
- 2nd shift (Noon � 8 PM)
Desired Qualifications
- A New York State motor vehicle inspector certificate
