Diesel Technician- 2nd shift

Job Summary
Maintain diesel equipment by performing maintenance tasks based on driver pre and post trip inspections, completing adjustments and alignments, and correcting vehicle deficiencies. Troubleshoot reported problems using diagnostic tests and test drives to analyze results, then rebuild and replace hydraulic components, brakes, and other systems as needed. Work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow to repair vehicles and stationary equipment while adhering to safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures. Maintain accurate records for all work and procedures, and participate in training opportunities to expand knowledge of company products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A, B, or C Driver's license
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1-year experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including frequent lifting of heavy components, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing and consistent standing, walking and grasping
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including a drug screen
