Job Summary
Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems and auxiliary power units (APUs), inspect and diagnose issues on customer equipment, and collaborate with service writers, parts representatives, drivers, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality service. Communicate effectively with customers, maintain relationships, manage paperwork upon completion of work, and complete required training and certifications to meet performance and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a Clean Driving Record
- Pass a DOT approved physical
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others
