Job Summary
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with company and manufacturer standards for Western Star, Detroit, and Cummins trucks. Execute daily diagnostic imaging coverage and complete flat-rate/commission-based repairs while maintaining a clean bay. Lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic tools independently. This role requires a minimum of three years of truck dealership experience and offers a competitive hourly wage with a 401k match, medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years truck dealership experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Own necessary basic tools
- Pre-employment drug testing
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Heavy Duty certifications
- Cummins, Detroit Diesel and/or Heavy-Duty certification
- Freightliner experience
- Flat rate/commission experience
- CDL
- High School education
