Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic needed in Los Angeles to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trucks. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspecting and diagnosing components, repairing diesel and gasoline engines, drivetrain and powertrain components, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, air systems, and sensors; use diagnostic tools and documentation to verify faults and communicate findings; road-test as needed and maintain accurate repair records. Requires 5+ years of experience, High School diploma or equivalent, CDL (or ability to obtain), proficiency with shop and diagnostic tools, and willingness to travel to customer sites. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license; must have or be able to obtain a CDL

- Basic computer skills for maintenance systems
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and safety awareness
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer yards and training sites
