Job Summary
Perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs on pumps, including troubleshooting, servicing documentation, and equipment demonstrations. Train lower-level technicians and travel to customer sites to provide service and support. Execute other duties assigned as needed while maintaining superior customer service and teamwork. This Safety Sensitive position requires a High School diploma, 3-5 years of pump repair experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must possess strong mechanical knowledge, schematic understanding, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining pumps of various sizes, capacities and manufacturers
- Knowledge of construction equipment
- Strong mechanical background knowledge particularly with various engines
- Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Own the tools applicable to position
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
