Job Summary
Complete quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all company-owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigerated units. Perform maintenance to OEM, DOT, and Swift specifications while inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing minor and complex repairs. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components, and handle tire maintenance tasks such as repairs, failure analysis, and coding. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 3pm to 3am with an alternate rotation every other Wednesday. Join a fleet of over 13,000 trucks supported by 700 technicians and receive continual hands-on OEM training from manufacturers like Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit.
