Job Summary
Diesel Mechanics/Technicians with 3+ years of hands-on diesel experience needed to repair heavy trucks and trailers (Class 8) in a fleet-focused environment. Role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, HVAC, and electrical diagnosing, reading repair manuals, and potentially test drives if CDL certified. On-the-job OEM training with top manufacturers (e.g., Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins) to advance skills. Emphasis on teamwork, multitasking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and possession of the tools needed to complete essential job tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in vehicle maintenance from vocational/trade school is a plus.
