Job Summary
Perform tractor repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and industry standards, including diagnosing onboard computers, repairing transmissions, differentials, and hydraulic systems. Execute brake jobs, minor engine component repairs, and tasks assigned by the supervisor while maintaining a clean work area. Operate company vehicles with a valid driver's license to support store locations and ensure efficient, courteous customer service. Adhere to all company policies, governmental regulations, and safety protocols during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience in tractor repair and maintenance
- Specialized knowledge needed for performance of job
- Ability to perform basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as extra time as needed to fulfill job duties through regular attendance
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures including attendance, dress code, etc.
