Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision, including major component work on engines, transmissions, and differentials. Diagnose problems through road tests and basic vehicle diagnostics using Penske's tools and technologies to log and complete repairs. Mentor others informally while learning advanced vehicle maintenance processes and cutting-edge technology through the Technician Certification Program. Maintain a clean and safe work area while ensuring vehicles are safe for customers. Work first shift from 6am to 2pm with potential weekend and holiday coverage.
