Job Summary
Complete quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company-owned tractors, trailers, and refrigerated units. Perform maintenance to OEM, DOT, and Swift specifications while inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing minor or complex equipment issues. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components, including tire maintenance for repairs, failure analysis, and coding. Work Sunday through Wednesday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm with overtime eligibility. Join a team supporting over 13,000 trucks and 60,000 trailers, receiving hands-on OEM training from manufacturers like Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit.
