Job Summary
Complete quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on company-owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment. Perform preventive maintenance according to OEM, DOT, KNX, and company standards. Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor to complex repairs on fleet equipment, disassembling and reassembling heavy truck components like diesel engines, transmissions, axles, and refrigeration units. Conduct off-site repairs and roadside breakdown assistance as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while collaborating with team members to support fleet uptime. Sunday through Wednesday shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM with a rotating 4,3,3,4 schedule. Entry-level knowledge of vehicle systems preferred.

- Entry-level knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle maintenance preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and understand repair manuals, complete repair orders, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic software used on tractors and trailers
- Basic computer proficiency
