Job Summary

Perform routine maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including fluid and filter services, brake inspections, and preventative tasks. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic software, then repair or replace components in engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, suspension, and electrical systems. Safely operate hydraulic lifts, pneumatic tools, and welders while following all safety procedures. Clearly communicate repair findings to service advisors and accurately document inspections, diagnostics, and parts used. Requires a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), minimum three years of mechanical experience, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment. Offers $25–$35 hourly pay with profit-sharing, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and overtime opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience
  • Completion of a related mechanical training program
  • Experience as a truck or diesel technician
  • Proficiency with mechanical and computerized diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license
