Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic (entry-level) responsibilities include performing basic preventative maintenance on the fleet, using diagnostic tools to test vehicle components, maintaining shop cleanliness, complying with OSHA and company safety standards, and assisting the fleet on the road as needed. Preferred candidates have ASE certification, basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience; must possess a Full Driver’s License, be able to work Saturdays, and have reliable transportation. Position located in Beltsville, MD; on-site role with physical aspects including standing, lifting up to 70 lbs, and outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.
