Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic role in Charlton, MA focusing on diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and heavy-truck systems. Responsibilities include diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and truck systems, electrical troubleshooting, emissions systems (DPF, DEF, SCR), brakes/suspension/steering/tires, A/C, hydraulics, pneumatics, PM services, and maintaining accurate repair documentation using OEM diagnostic software. Requires at least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience with strong electrical/diagnostic skills and familiarity with engines such as Cummins, Detroit, CAT, PACCAR; tools required by the technician; valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required. Monday–Friday day shift (6:00 AM–3:30 PM). Competitive hourly pay based on experience; benefits include company-paid uniforms, BCBS medical/vision/Rx, dental, and 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
