Diesel Mechanic / Reefer Technician - Lowell, AR

Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, diesel heaters, and truck cab A/C systems while performing preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs. Complete road service calls and participate in an on-call rotation after training, safely operating shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and hoists. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment while meeting standard repair times. This full-time, Monday–Friday role includes paid on-the-job and Thermo King factory training, with opportunities to earn Master Technician certification. Join a local Thermo King dealer supporting fleets from local trucking companies to national accounts.
