Job Summary
Diagnose and repair forklifts, company vehicles, and the hostler fleet while maintaining the hostler fleet. Maintain preventative mindsets in the mechanical field, specifically working with air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems and components. Assist in other areas as needed by managers. Candidates must possess verifiable mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and own their tools, with a yearly allowance provided. This role requires passing the IPCS physical test, drug screening, and joining the Teamsters Union 317.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2-year experience in the mechanical field
- preventative maintenance minded
- own tools
- experience and knowledge working with Air, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Diesel systems and components
- valid driver's license
- verifiable mechanical experience
- IPCS test(physical)
- Drug screening
- Required to join local union
