Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel equipment and CNG trucks. Estimate time and material costs, respond to emergency service calls, and perform safety checks on vehicles. Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times while maintaining a clean, OSHA-compliant work area. Assist senior mechanics on project work and review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Perform frequent lifting, pushing, and climbing in various weather conditions. Monday through Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm with occasional Saturday coverage and overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
