Job Summary
Perform vehicle inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, and execute repairs on engine, mechanical, and electrical systems. Diagnose issues, conduct test drives to verify serviceability, and adjust controls as needed. Maintain a clean work area, inventory supplies, and document all repairs on work orders per standard operating procedures. Communicate with service advisors regarding additional work and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to attendance standards, follow business ethics, and attend required training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Two-year related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year College or technical school
- Two-year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
