Job Summary
Complete a quality preventative maintenance inspection and repairs on all company-owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment. Perform maintenance to appropriate OEM, DOT, and Swift specifications while inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing minor or complex repairs. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components, and manage tire maintenance covering repairs, failure analysis, coding, and identification. Join a team supporting over 13,000 trucks and 60,000 trailers with hands-on OEM training from manufacturers like Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit.
