Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic responsible for performing quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company equipment including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment. Duties include preventative maintenance to OEM/DOT specifications, inspection, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of components, disassembly/reassembly of heavy truck and trailer parts, tire maintenance, and completing repair orders. Requires knowledge of vehicle systems, ability to read repair manuals, computer skills, and the use of diagnostic software. Required Qualifications
- High School or combination of training and/or experience required.
