Job Summary
Perform routine preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake inspections, and tune-ups on a fleet of modern commercial diesel trucks and heavy equipment. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, and transmission components while conducting safety inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before they cause road delays. Maintain clean, safe work areas, accurately document work orders and parts inventory, and follow lock-out/tag-out protocols. Work alongside a skilled team to solve tough mechanical puzzles and keep shop efficiency high on steady, year-round work.
Required Qualifications
- 1â3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair, heavy truck maintenance, or mobile heavy equipment repair
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Valid documentation confirming eligibility to work in the country where the job is located
