Job Summary

Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle maintenance including brake repairs, engine tune-ups, and drive train inspections. Conduct preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance checks while completing work orders accurately. Assist with mobile emergency repair services as needed to ensure student bus safety and reliability. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess a mechanic's tool set to complete assigned duties. This role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with hourly pay starting at $30.00, plus bonuses for ASE certifications and company-paid CDL training. Required Qualifications

  • At least 3-6 years of diesel or automotive maintenance and repair experience, or equivalent technical school education and experience
  • Vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • CDL Class B or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
  • Possession of a mechanic's tool set to complete all assigned duties
  • Willingness to participate in the ASE certification program
  • Strong computer skills
  • Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee
