Job Summary

Field Service Technician responsible for repairing and maintaining electric, diesel and gasoline industrial, construction and forestry equipment, generally working outside the shop and often independently; duties include installing fuel injection components, inspecting equipment, lubricating moving parts, fabricating attachments, replacing tires and undercarriages, documenting work performed, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Requires owning tools, basic computer skills, ability to work varying shifts, strong customer service and communication abilities, and a high school diploma or GED.

  • Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions
  • Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible to respond to after-hour calls

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred
  • Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Heavy Equipment license
  • Education
  • High school diploma or GED
